Thanks! I haven't had time to do that yet... I've been working on all the other stuff involved with setting it up :D

*consoles Yakov's concept of thread organization*

There there...

Organization on pghdance.com is like trying to run a good clean dance in Pgh. You should talk to David about how he deal with his pain.

I can stay up late on Saturday since Emily will be with her parents. Though, it won't be quite the same without her. I guess I'll just have to have Arthur blues me. :P

I thought we'd have TWO Emily's for the after party? Twice the Emily = 4 times the fun!

I agree, Emily is most definitely exponentially fun.

Congrats to Jeffy for surviving his first stint at Djing at Wightman. All those things that were discussed on the other thread , he found out first hand and survived in tact and all in all did a pretty good job for his first time there.

He even got good comments from Bobby. So hopefully he will get some more shots at Djing at Wightman on Sat. Those of you who did not come missed a fun night. The floor was still full after midnight and Dennis had to politely shoo people home.

PS Jeffy will talk to Lisa about getting you a CD's of waltzes with the names.

Thanks for all the nice comments. I was a little nervous at first but it was a lot of fun. Hopefully everyone had as much fun as I did :D Dennis was pretty cool... I got to play a couple good blues tunes (i.e St. Gabriel) at the very end before we left and there were around 6 couples dancing. I wish we could do that at the end of every Swing City :P

I was a little surprised it was still jumpin' around midnight since at the beginning of the night it didn't seem like there were many people there yet. I can't take all the credit... Bobby D. played some great tunes before I started at 11pm. All in all it was a lot of fun and hopefully I get asked back again soon :D
